I was amazingly lucky to spent the beginning of last week waking up to sound of.. well.. refreshingly nothing. Heading out of NYC and into the wilderness of Marlinton West Virginia, I dusted off the 5D to take some photographs during our 3 day hiking trip.

The last time I was in West Virginia I had a crazy different experience, finding myself in the middle of a former coal mining town – check out those image on my website. Hopefully later this week I can update you all on some of the other cool projects I’ve been working on

Nice photos. Do you own a lensbaby?
Thanks Erin
I don’t own a lensbaby, this is actually just taken with a cheap 50mm. (I tend to focus short and keep things super open to get all that blur action though.)
